Samsung and Apple two leading companies around the world are blaming each other on some patents and manufacturing issues. Clashes among these manufacturers are rising day by day around the globe. Samsung, Apple rivalry is getting more and more fiercer everyday. Samsung Electronics is seeking to ban Apple iPhone 5 completely in Korea.
“Samsung Electronics is seeking a complete ban on the sales of the upcoming Apple iPhone 5 in Korea, in apparent retaliation to its U.S. rival’s continual patent suits against it in global markets,” Kim Yoo-chul reports for The Korea Times.
Around every continent and each region there are more or less 23 cases which are pending between Apple and Samsung so mentionable countries among the list are France, United states, Japan, Korea and Germany and more are expected in an increasing number of states.
The issue is expected to become hotter in near future.
Apple is claiming that Samsung is consistently making copies of its technology and it is illegal to use patent technology of any company. On the other hand Samsung refused the claims of Apple. Apple is also under attacks of some claims from Samsung, one of the most powerful companies in phones and telecommunication, and so experts say there is a lot of truth in the claims of Samsung that Apple is using technologies which are patent of Samsung. In some other regions there are some serious claims filled by Samsung on apple in the courts of Australia on September 16, reported by Samsung officials of Australia.
In Germany Apple won the case, when a German court banned the Samsung’s tablet 10.1 in Germany, the Europe’s biggest economy. Samsung officials have announced to appeal in the court on that decision. Samsung estimates a loss of more than 2 billion tablets sales by that decision in the German courts regarding ban on Samsung tablets. The battle of these telecom giant worldwide is getting fiercer as the expected launch date of Apple next generation of iPhone (iPhone 5).
I think the battle of these 2 companies will not only create an environment of unhealthy competition in both companies, With the claims and cases on each others they will continue to entertain with fans not only with there new technologies & production but also with hot stories as well.
