Microsoft has official announced the details of Windows Phone 8 which actually confirmed so many rumors about this upcoming operating system. All these details were announced in the morning presentation today during Windows Phone summit. A detailed presentation followed by the sneak peak of this operating system, Windows Phone 7.8 update and numerous other products were the part of presentation.
Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android were the two major market competitors in smart phones industry until windows Phone 7 made its place and grabbed a fair share. Windows Phone 7 was basically more restricting and lesser friendlier to huge domain of apps and hence Microsoft has provided freedom and all the opportunities in this new operating system. Windows Phone 8 not only includes bunch of numerous new futures but also it supports devices to interact in such a way that it can compete other powerful devices offered by market leaders.

Support for Dual Core Devices
Microsoft Plans a dual-core processor for Windows Phone 8 but it does not mean that both the cores would be used. Microsoft has an opinion to take advantage of both cores by furnishing phones with an expensive chip. Devices may not be used to full potential but they should be able to support huge processing without any time lag.
Resolution Flexibility
Windows Phone 8 is equipped with more refined resolution and features WXGA 768×1280-pixel resolution with 15:9 aspect ratios, or 720×1280-pixel HD resolution with 16:9 aspect ratios.
NFC Wallet
Inclusion of NFC Support has been one of the emphasized software implementation. Digitalization for NFC is currently dreamed by all three major mobile operating systems and currently Windows Phone 8 experience for NFC games with its wallet seemingly have an edge over other two competitors.
