The rumors about the world’s most powerful company remain in the full swing almost every time and especially when there is an expected launch near. What really beautify the whole scenario is that the firm does not utter a word about the rumors, neither in their favor nor to deny them. The rumors keep on coming about almost every thing related to Apple from a small event to a huge launch of a product.
The major launches that are expected this year are iPad 3, Apple TV and Apple iPhone 5. iPad is no doubt one of the best product in the tablet world and the very first version of the tablet PC has reportedly given out as many as 40 million units. Almost same was the case with the iPad 2 which was debuted in the first quarter of the last year.
iPad 3, which is said to be a little thicker then the predecessors will also be upto the mark and will generate some good revenue for the company. Apple TV is expectedly to be launched in the first quarter of the running year. Some reports suggest that the company will showcase the third version of the tablet PC on the birthday of the Steve Jobs, the only man behind the Apple Inc.
Coming to the Apple TV, which is dubbed as iTV. Reports have suggested that the iTV will be in the production phase in February 2012 at Sharp factories in the Japan. Sharp will not only manufacture the products but also will be the supplier of the TV panels to the company. Chances are there that the iTV will also be having Siri in it, but nothing official has been there yet. All are based on some resources about which none of us is certain.
The big thing that surely will work as a catalyst for the company will be the iPhone 5, which is much awaited. The rumors about the iPhone 5 has been in the mill before the release of iPhone 4S. Every one wanted to have the iPhone 5 but Apple released iPhone 4S in the October 2011.
The device is almost similar in design to the previous version of the iPhone so there are firm chances that iPhone 5 will be different. Probably it will have a larger display and the compatibility with the fastest 4G LTE networks.
According to the statistics the 44% of the total revenue generated by the company is due to the iPhone alone. It is a pivotal organ of the company and it will surely generate some more in 2012 as the new features along with new designs are expected. According to the reports, there will be approximately 1.5 billion devices bein manufactured by the Cupertino Headquarters.
Shaw Wu, who is an analyst said that next generation iPhone will play a very important role for the company in 2012 than iPad 3 or iTV. He noted that no doubt that these products are very influential and big in their nature but none of these two will parallel the chunk of Apple’s income stream and profit that will be provided by the iPhone 5.
We do not know what, when and which product is going to hit the shelves because Apple is quite unpredictable. The company shows up on a short notice and sometimes amazes every one as it goes against the expected things.
