Apple, one of the most anticipating design and technology makers have recently launched the device named iPhone 4S. The latest version of iPhone is not as issueless as any other version was. The device is not running that smooth as it is expected to do and the users around the world are supposed to have some problems with the device.
Recently we reported that Apple iPhone 4S is having the battery issue that the device keeps on eating the battery in an unusual manner. Then the solution came up as the location based app which was not turning off and was using battery.
Now another problem has been observed that all of a sudden you get a no service message, It is not that you are holding the device in certain manner and the device is not getting the signals. Once there are full 5 signals bar and at another moment there is no signal at all.
A user said that after buying the new device he has started observing this signal problem. He elaborated that the signal problem was there from the very beginning and making calls and sending texts were uneasy but on the same time he was able to use the internet from the device with no signals and sometimes iPhone without signals was able to make calls and sending messages but could not connect to the internet. Sometimes obviously nothing could be dome as there were no signals.
Some users have faced the same problem after they have updated the phone software from iOS 5 to iOS 5.0.1. Users also told that they have tried the things but all they did was to remove the problem temporarily and those things include turning your device to airplane mode and then turning it back to your network or applying the factory restore. Turning your device off and then turning that on again also worked but for a shorter time.
The remedy for the problem has been told by Razorianfly.com and the solution is that “Sim Pin” feature which is software related problem. All you have to do is to go the settings app from the spring board and then Phone menu and turn the SIM PIN off.[Go to Settings > Phone Menu > Turn SIM PIN off.]
First you have to turn the SIM PIN on which will ask for the PUK code. After getting the PUK code from your carrier, insert that code and then turn the SIMPIN off and it will clear the problem and you will not face the signal drop issue again on your iPhone 4S.
Another update of operating system iOS 5.0.2 is coming shortly in which the company might solve the problem. Leave your comments below.
