Whenever word internet comes to one’s mind or to get some information about anything, the only word comes to mind is Google. Yes the search giant is no longer to grab by any of the competitors in the market. Google is above all search engines for sure. The beauty of Google is that is keeps an eye on the rivals and also change the engine accordingly providing every best option at one platform, for which users have to visit different sites and pages.

Google added another ravishing feature on the engine, which is Google flight service. the Google Flight search service is launched on Tuesday and now Google has came up as a competitor with other flight search players like Orbitz and Kayak.
Whenever a user search about flights on Google, say “flights from Los Angeles to Miami”, there will appear a link named Flights on the very left side of the Google search page. The flight option of Google can directly be accessed by typing in the link tab, Google.com/flights.
This feature does not cover a variety of flights at present but with the time it will get expanded for sure. For now it ha shortlist of flights based on time required for the flight, cost. This includes the various departure and arrival time of different airlines. Filters are also present to find the flights for reasonable time and money. Users also can customize to find out more flights or flights of their interest.
Open ended destination is one of the most interesting feature of this Google flight search service. If you are interested in knowing that what are the places you can visit in the time and money you have got, then Google is the option to search in. in open ended destination you put your information like time and money and you can see the places which can be visited in that time and money boundaries like a flyer from New York can find out what places he can visit in 500$ in six hours.
About the limited flights information at the service for the moment, Google notified that there is not anything like financial influence from the airlines, rather it will be expanding soon and will be covering as many airlines as it could. For now it covers only economy class flights between some cities of United States.
Google when purchased controversially ITS (world’s largest airline search software company) in $700 million, Something to come up was expected and this is the very first product after that purchase. The data from ITS is also used in almost every site which covers any service relating flights like Kayak, Orbitz, Bing, TripAdvisor, Expedia etc. Google intended the purchase last year in July and other sites had tries to grab the ITA before Google could purchase but that did not happen and Google finally purchased it after the certain restrictions for Google to use ITA. these restrictions were commanded from the Department of Justice.
What do you think about this new service Google launched for the users? Do let us know about the Flight service. This service will definitely be giving a tough time to the big players.
