Google’s Nexus 7 tablet which is coming to markets this month, is the first ever android tablet introduced by Google. With the introduction of Nexus 7 tablet Google will definitely make its point to convince developers to make applications for its mobile systems for online purchase via Google Play.
The hardware is not manufactured by Google itself rather for materialization of the android Google has paired with Asus to develop and manufacture slender and slim tablet.
Initially Google’s Nexus 7 tablet has two variants which are 8 GB and 16 GB. Unlike HTC and Apple, Google has decided to keep the profit margins very low and 8Gb model costs $199 and 16 GB $249 only.
According to many experts Google’s Nexus 7 tablet will appeal more users as with its improved and attractive features it would offer better specifications to the Amazon’s Kindle Fire.
Nexus 7 tablet has a quad-core Tegra 3 processor delivering fast performance, a 7 inches display screen with a resolution of 1280 X 800 Pixels and a 1.2 megapixel camera front facing camera. HD video and Google Earth usage with the provided screen quality is exemplary. Its touch screen response is quick and accurate and very much like iPad and hence better than BlackBerry and other Android devices available in market.
Other features include 3.5 mm audio jack, front and rear speaker, G sensor in all 4 directions, and a battery of 4325 mAh and have a claimed average video streaming of 9 to 10 hours. For connectivity concerns it has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n WLAN giving you wireless connectivity, the Bluetooth is and a micro USB port.
