Whenever it comes to the browsers, the fans want fast and simple browser with less ads on and tabs etc. The users keep on changing the browser as per requirements but we are currently having a changing trend as the analysts suggest. Google Chrome continue to gain users and time is near when the browser form the search giant will be the largest users based browser in the world, which currently is the Microsoft’s Internet Explorer.

Ireland-based Web statistics firm, StarCounter told that Chrome will pass Mozilla Firefox in the end of this month and if the trend continues to move the same way, it may also surpass the world’s number one browser currently, Internet Explorer. The trend suggested that Google Chrome is gaining the users with the more speed as it was expected in the start of the year and the graph of Google Chrome is getting higher by every day passing. On the contrary, Mozilla Firefox, the second most used browser and Internet Explorer, the first most used browser are losing their shares since January of the running year.

Among the total internet users in the world, 31 percent of them were using Mozilla Firefox in the start of the 2010 and this share of 31% by Firefox has been reduced to the 26.8 % of the total share, reported StarCounter. Similarly Internet Explorer started the 46 percent of the share and is currently holding 42 percent of the total users.

Which suggest that both are losing their users, but the question is where the users are switching to? Obviously the Google Chrome as it is also evident from the analysis. According to StarCounter, Google Chrome kicked off the year with just 15 percent and now the user share of Chrome has increased to 23.6 percent.

The facts suggest that if the trend continued this way, Chrome is no doubted going to be the king of browsers and will be having maximum number of users. Experts suggest that in the mid of the 2012, this trend will take Google Chrome to the top position in the list of browsers.

Another thing to notice is that all the users Google Chrome is getting are from the two Mozilla Firefox and INternet Explorer, because if you have a look on the trends of the other browsers in the market like Safari, Opera etc; their trends are almost flat in this year. So the only browsers who have to notice things around are Mozilla Forefox and Internet Explorer.

Another thing to keep in mind that these statistics are only based upon the users who use internet from desktops and laptops. On the other devices like Mobile phones, smartphones and tablets are not included. Their stats suggest that Apple’s Safari hold 55 percent of the total users, Opera Mini is next with 18.9 percent followed by the Google Android’s browser at 16%.

Do not forget to write us back about which browser you use from your devices. Well personally speaking I am also a Chrome user and the only reason i use is the simplicity of the browser. Share all the stories if you have any.
