Apple since the time of its birth has tried to give the world with something extraordinary and the company has been quite successful in doing so. The reason was Steve Jobs, his ideas and his potentials to produce the best technology made it big. Now Apple has been ranked among the very popular manufacturers of electronics goods and the products from the Cupertino Headquarters are evidence of it. Only iPhone alone generates the 44$ of the total revenue of the company. The smartphone users are increasing by every day passing, so does the popularity of the brand.

Apple has a media event in NYC on Thursday in which the company released the many new and interesting applications like iBooks 2, iBooks Author and iTunes U. iBooks 2 is an updated which bring many textbooks for the students as the company is aiming to play its part in the mainstream of education sector. This is something great as the main market of the Apple devices somprises of students.

That is not it, the company then also updated the famous music syncing software, iTunes. As the company has released iBooks 2, in which the new textbooks thing has been added now the iTunes is also updated to provide the syncing of those textbooks students will purchase. There are not any major updates other than the Syncing Textbooks in the iBooks 10.5.3. The update for the music-and-everything-else management app added support for syncing Apple’s new iBooks 2 interactive textbooks.

There are so many things added in Apple’s interactive textbooks including multimedia content, adding notes, the ability to zoom in on high resolution images, intro movies, 3D model viewing, support for swiping to highlight text in textbooks, and support for viewing glossary terms without leaving the current page.

Ltes have a look on what Apple has said in the info log of the update of iTunes.

“iTunes 10.5.3 allows you to sync interactive iBooks textbooks to your iPad. These Multi-Touch textbooks are available for purchase from the iTunes Store on your Mac or from the iBookstore included with iBooks 2 on your iPad.”

For those who are not interested in the textbook syncing or they think they are not going to use this feature in the future then they should not update the iTunes to 10.5.3 because other than this feature, there is nothing available now. You can download the new version of iTunes 10.5.3 direct from Here. For those who are confused about what we have been talking about and don’t know what is iTunes, let me tell you about it. iTunes is a media player computer program, used for playing, downloading, and organizing digital music and video files on desktop or laptop computers. It is also responsible of managing the contents on iOS devices including, iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch etc. The software lets you connect to the iTunes Store to purchase and download music, ideas, iPod games, television shows, movies and movie rentals. It is also used to download the Application software from the official Apple App Store for all the iOS devices. The software was first introduced back in January 2001 and since then it has become a basic need of every iOS user.
